I have stayed at Scandic Falkoner for six nights. I enjoyed my stay for the most part, Breakfast is very good; the waffle makers are quite popular. The complimentary hot beverages offered in the reception area are a nice touch.
There was only one elevator, and taking the stairs was not easy and seemed discouraged.
One big issue for me was my arrival. I wrote to the hotel twice through hotels.com to enquire about the equipment in the room to recharge electronics and didn't get an answer. I wanted to start a dialogue because I was coming from Canada on an overnight flight and would arrive early in the morning. Since there was no answers to my messages, I couldn't let them know of my flight number and early arrival. So I got there at 8:30 AM and had to wait until at least 1PM in the reception area for my room. I was exhausted. I knew that there was an option for early arrival and was willing to pay for it, but I couldn't arrange for it. So, my visit to Copenhagen started on a bad note, but I enjoyed my stay nonetheless.
