Booked and prepaid through Hotels.com, confused the front desk at the time of check-in. It took 10-15min to figure it out (and complete my profile info that didnt make it through from Hotels.com to the Q-inn reservation system. They were very nice and appologetic about it but the fact is the process was unclear and lenghthy.
The hotel is not new. However, it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk and housekeeping folks were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the stay.
The hotel is older and as expected as far as decor and services. However the staff went above and beyond! They were all very personable and friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again just to chat with them again.
We came to Mullins for business and had rented two rooms, we needed early check in and Jalisa was amazing! She made sure we had everything and went above & beyond for me and my staff during our stay. This was a super convenient location because the venue was only 13 mins away. Our rooms were well conditioned and rates were reasonable. Breakfast was great and the attendant was extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend and also book again!
I arrived at 1am for a one night stay. I asked at checkin if I could have a late check out. The lady said I could check out at 12. Housekeeping started knocking at 9. The front desk started calling at 11am but when I would pick up there would be no one there. I called the hotel from my cell phone because the phone in the room wouldnât allow calls out and was told a note wasnât left that I was checking out late. No apology. The hotel was in mediocre condition and the staff was incompetent and unprofessional. Pretty much what youâd expect from a Quality Inn in Marion South Carolina.
