Other then the construction early in the morning scarying my kids and the louds sound along with the door lock not working locking my 2 year old in the room tell i got help to manually open for us not too bad wouldnt say 700$ worth tho..
Thereâs a guy standing at the counter, but they still make you check in using an online kiosk where thereâs another person who is God knows where and is impossible to hear check you in. All while somebody who is standing right there next you could do the same job faster and help be more clear with instructions. Well they are standing there. Theyâre just watching you struggle with this person on a kiosk. Itâs the stupidest thing Iâve ever witnessed and been involved in in my life. Whatâs the purpose of having the guy at the front counter if I have to talk to somebody over the Internet? What is the point? Tell me id love to know
We didn't get to stay because the hotel transport showed up and said we were not the ones they were looking for. We called back and was told well they just left and it would be 45 minutes before they would be back to get us. We only had 4 hours left to sleep before we had to be back at the airport.
It was not good. The external hallway smelled of sewer. The check in was OK, but I asked how to walk to Denny's and was not told that there was no real way to walk there. The peep hole in the door was taped over with part of a wrapper for a makeup remover. I asked for a wake up call to get to the airport in the morning, they said it would happen, but it didn't.
