Facilities look quite new. Location is easy for SeaTac airport.
Being close to the airport was the reason of our choice, but insulation of the rooms is horrible and rooms are noisy with airplanes take off, and steps of neighbors on the floor above.
Worst: Service was horrible from the check-in (staff talking together, not a word to us except for requesting a deposit of $ 400 !) until the day after for breakfast. Indeed breakfast buffet was empty, the staff was present but not doing anything, it needed to ask him for refilling but the guy didn’t care, finally he brought a few small muffins which really insufficient for the number of persons waiting for breakfast.
Finally a manager came down and brought a plate of bagels.
