Room was old and not well kept. The toilet was extremely low and traveling with a person who is 90 years of age with arthritic knees, made it difficult to get on and off the toilet. We were on the second floor and the elevator was not working the entire time Which caused us to have to walk up two flights of stairs daily, and as we were vacating to carry luggage down two flights of stairs.
There was a sofa sleeper in the room that was so tattered, dirty, and unkept with a damaged mattress that it was never used because of the appearance. Based on how things were, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
A/C was off when I got in the room. Itâs 92 degrees out so took a long time to even get comfortable. I work outside all day so not the temp I wanted to feel for the first 3-4 hrs of checking in. Went to put drinks in fridge and fridge was not working.
Staff was rude, couldn't understand half of what they said due to the thick Indian accent. Staff didn't care if I stayed or not. My room was non-smoking and smelled like smoke. Carpet and sofa is stained.
Tired old roadside motel. some charm in the nostalgia of it, but also... really unclean common areas that need work. The staff was kind and polite. The kind of motel you want to root for, given fair price... but could really use some attention to detail.
Describe terrible and you will come close to the level of disgust I feel after experiencing absolutely horrible customer service at this place. It's not fit to be called an "establishment" more like a pit stop on the road to Hades.
