Even though the hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades, this is still one of my preferred places to stay in Enid. I like the location and I like the people who work the desk. I prefer to stay in the main building rather than around the pool. The price is usually very reasonable and they do have a nice breakfast.
The stay was average but the room was very nice !! Except when we booked another night at the Western Inn the room was dirty, it stank and was not what we got the first night
The room was small, the room ceiling showed signs of a leak. The wall by the window was water damaged. The room smelled damp. Bathtub and sink stained and unsightly. Breakfast was a joke. Ladder and equipment laying around. Room had trash behind the couch showing it was not cleaned on the plus side. Quiet, staff welcomed us. They took care of a toilet overflow issue. We will not stay at this facility again.
Everything in the hotel room seemed to be on a timer. Five minutes on the hair dryer đ I went to the local Walmart and bought a new hair dryer and body wash plus shampoo and conditioner. I also got a box of two donuts .
The lobby area was dark it was after 7 am I asked the clerk about breakfast and he said something I thought at first he said 8 I didn't understand so I said oh ok I guess I will be going to eat. He said he just forgot to turn on the lights he said breakfast is from 6-9
No yogurt or juice, no bread or toaster, no eggs or any kind of meat, I made a waffle the butter was frozen I ate half of one. In reality I would have been better off to go somewhere else and eat .
The room wasnât fully cleaned there was an alcohol bottle under the bed and a pair of socks next to the bed. The tv didnât work, stains on the furniture and bedding and chair.
