This hotel is so far below Marriott standards it should be stripped of it affiliation. Its in disrepair outside, inside and in rooms. 1 elevator has button panel broken out. Mirrors broken and left behind dirty items. Filthy rooms and inside hotel.
The front desk lady was very helpful and understanding but we found roaches in the halls and our rooms. The elevators were in bad shape and only one worked. The.buttons looked like a fire hazard because they were missing. The maintainance and cleaning crew were very inexperienced for their jobs and didnât understand English. The building should be shut down and examined by the health department and fixed before anyone stays again. No human should have to deal with that! Our room was very dirty and needed a deep cleaning. No supplies were supplied including shampoo or hand soap. We had to ask for the soap. Maybe the owner needs to examine the hotel and be informed of the distress it is in and do some major repairs.
Our room was disgusting. The carpet was sticky, everything felt wet, it smelled like mold, every surface had crumbs/dust/old food from previous guests. The bathroom reeked, the shower corners were moldy, the tub was covered in grime and had a ring around the inside. The walls had food splatter, food, mystery brown stuff dripping down the walls. We felt so uncomfortable in this room and felt like we couldnât touch anything without contracting some disease. This was not anywhere close to being worth the $100+ we paid for it. Very disappointed in our stay.
Just a quick night's sleep while driving/ moving across country. Nice front desk staff as I arrived quite late. Good nights sleep, up and on the road by 7:30 a. m.
Wouldnât stat here again, but the staff was nice.
My room was okay, and the hotel didnât make me pay for the second night. I just didnât feel safe there. The upper inside lock on my roomâs door looked like it would fall off if someone pushed hard on it. I could never get the tv to work. The parking lot was dimly lit. I didnât feel safe going back out since it was dark by the time I got everything into my room. Iâd planned on going back to the hospital where my friend was in ICU, but I decided to stay in my room. The lady at the front desk was very nice when I checked out the next morning - only charged me for the one night, since I told her I was not going to be using the room the second night - I had to stay at the hospital with my friend on Thursday night.
This stay was good value for the money. Breakfast was minimal but okay. The hotel has been renovated. There remains work to be done. But, we will stsy there again in two nights.
