The sheets were crisp and clean, but the floors and tables were not. Missing bolt meant the shower handle didnât want to stay on. Steps leading to second floor were filthy.
The air conditioner/heater would not switch from the air conditioner to the heater and it wouldn't shut off. We finally had to unplug it. The tub was peeling and the faucet in the sink was leaking. There was no microwave in the room.
Outside doors were locked closest to the room. It had snowed and none of the sidewalks had been cleared. Sink was stopped up, the radiator clanked all night -- something wasn't working right. Only one tiny trash can which didn't hold the trash from a one night stay. Debris under the bathroom sink.
I arrived at the hotel at 10:35PM and the front desk area was locked. A note on the door said the front desk closed at 10pm. I was never notified about this ahead of time. I tried multiple times to use the phone on the wall but nobody answered. I also tried to contact Super 8 Customer Service hotline but nobody answered that either. I would like a refund for the night I was unable to even be able to stay at the hotel I booked.
I woke up with bites on my neck and chest, place was unclean I complained in morning that I expected a refund and cancelled my stay for the next day which I was charged 184.00 manager said I would not be billed for the stay and would give me full credit for both days,
I keep calling he keeps saying Iâm getting full refund and have not gotten it back in my account my stay was from 10-10 to 10-12 but checked out 10-11. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
