It looks as if they are or have been doing some renovations. It was fairly clean, very quiet and staff were very friendly. All Quality Inn and Suites are not all the same, the previous night in a different town was more comfortable and clean.
Property is looking rough in spots; back door could not be accessed with key card, some mold in bathroom, outlet in bathroom did not work (so I had to dry my hair looking at the microwave door). B'fast was super lame -- just a bagel and yogurt really and a gross waffle iron. The tea selection was just Lipton black -- no herbal. They were price gouging for U of Missouri's graduation. Paying that amount of money for this level of hotel was painful.
The staff was friendly and helpful but this property needs some help. Itâs very old and dated. The room had dirty shower curtain and window curtain. The window had a crack and there was a gap, so the window was not sealed. This hotel needs a renovation. The equipment in the little gym wasnât safe, there were missing screws and bolts on the ground. They also need more breakfast items.
The hotel was not modern and the facility needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. Bags of garbage were outside the guest rooms upon our arrival. The towels and bedding were dingy and a staff attempted to charge my credit card before I arrived to check in.
I was there at 4pm and they said my room was not clean when check in was at 3pm. The room was dirty and things were broken in the room. The toilet needed to be replaced. Stained dnd disgusting.
The executive suite is not recommended for an average Joe let alone an executive. The floors were sticky, pieces of carpet gone or poorly replaced, holes in the blackout shades, and stains everywhere.
The creepiest part was the storage closet (in the room) that had a busted door which didnât latch, old lamps and creepy decorations, and an open MANHOLE that went into the ATTIC!
