The hotel in itself is exactly as advertised, extremely clean, location is good with walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and everything working as it should.
What made our five-night stay so great, however, was the hospitality and friendliness that radiated from the family who owns and runs the place. The son spoke perfect English and was happy to help us with everything from moving the car to suggestions for outings, all the whilst being very easy to communicate with and just plainly interesting to speak to with a lot of knowledge and experience. His parents were so warm and hospitable that although there was something of a language barrier, we really enjoyed spending time there and getting to know them a little bit.
Easily the best hotel experience we've had, when returning to Ksamil in the future we wouldn't stay anywhere else than at Sunway. A big thank you to the whole staff for making our stay there so nice!
