We arrived at the hotel and checked in, for the size of the property we were suprise to only find 2 elevator locations none of which are well marked to help you locate them. Upon arriving at our room we started to freshen up and discovered our sink would not drain, we didn't recieve the reusable water bottles and our sliding glass doors were difficult to lock because they didn't line up, we called the front desk, they said they would send someone up. About a 1/2 hour later an engineer arrived and began disassembly of the drain, he worked on it about a hour and a half and was no closer to getting it repaired. We said we needed to go to dinner and he told us he would suggest to the front desk a new room. On our way to dinner we stopped at the front desk to get a new room and told them we would pack up our belongings when we returned and move to our new room. We got back from dinner about 8:30p and started to move to our new room. The room didn't have the air turned on so we turned it on and after Ann hour it still wasn't cooling down much. I contacted the front desk again and they sent the engineer, he opened up the air vent and did something that eventually brought the temp down. The next morning we left our room by 9am and when we returned at about 6p the room had not been attended to. Again we contacted the front desk, they said they did the rooms for new guest first but they would send someone up while we were gone to dinner. This happened again the next day.
