Room didnât match the pictures on the hotels.com site. Room was in horrible condition and nothing like the pictures. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like smoke and there was no way to fix that.
Was way better then Days inn in Seneca, they put a 150$ hold on my account it has been more then 24 hours. No down deposit here but either they where being extra or i lowkey got robbed for 150$. They have vending machines and good bathroom amenities did not attend breakfast.
This property was not well maintained and was visibly âdirtyâ. The bathroom sink was not clean and did not drain. The one positive was that it had satellite TV.
I called the day before my arrival to confirm my reservation was correct and even had the online agent verify the reservation and pet policy. When I arrived, I quickly noticed the clerk picked up her cell phone and began calling the owner because when I gave her my name she could barely explain WHY my reservation was cancelled and they had NO more rooms. The manager who was on the phone indicated the lady earlier attempted to run my card and it was denied. They were not of any help or care and neither was the agent from Expedia. It is scary to know that you make reservations and when you show up no room or place to stay in the area is available unless you pay for premium rooms which were about $60.00 more than the room already reserved. The hotel looks nice from outside, but take a few seconds and observe. While inside dealing with the reservation issue, my friend waiting in the car and observed a drug deal, 2 prostitutes working a car in the parking lot, and children and people walking the balcony of the second floor. The entire place quickly felt very unsafe and definitely not a place you would comfortable stay EVER.
