Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
When we checked in we turned down the "upgrade" room bc it smelled like pot (every room is supposed to be non smoking) Apparently *every* room smells like pot.
Ours did all week. When we got in the room the smoke detector battery was dead. *BEEP*. There was a piece of broken glass on the floor, as well as a mostly dried puddle of some kind of sticky liquid by one of the beds. The kitchen area had 2 burners and we didn't get one to work until after we had bought a 2 burner stove from Walmart. The inside of the microwave looked like it could simultaneously give you cancer and tetanus. The guy came to fix the smoke detector and replaced the battery with a used one, so at like 10pm that first night, it started beeping again. So we had to buy one through doordash and replace it, as nobody was in the office during office hours. The second night, a roach was just hanging out on the wall. They told us they didn't supply additional toilet paper beyond the single roll they gave us, so we had to buy some. They don't replace bedding or towels unless you request it, but somehow they got in to leave a note about how our room wasn't tidy and "that attracts pests". They were attracted before we got here.
If you're not cleaning/restocking, why can you come in our room? We had been there about 4 days out of 7 at that point.
This is an extended stay hotel where every room has an exterior exit. In a sketchy part of town. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work, and the vent was full of dust.
