Upon arrival to the front desk, there was a little bit of a wait before getting checked in. Once we got to our room, we were shocked that there wasn’t a microwave and again that could be my fault for not reading about the amenities and just assuming that most hotels come with microwaves. Nonetheless, you would think if you’re staying at a hotel, you probably are going to be eating out. Therefore, the need for a microwave and refrigerator, thing just saying. There were a few stains on the curtains and the walls that had wallpaper. The second day out of the three that we stayed we asked if we could have more towels/toilet paper and our trash cans emptied, as our room had not been serviced. (and let me add that the trash cans provided are nowhere near large enough to hold trash that accumulates over three days) The front desk told us that room service or cleaning only happens every 3 to 4 days or upon check out. Shocked again. One thing that I wanna highlight is that our adjoining room the person who stayed next-door had gotten into a verbal tiff to which I alerted the front desk and within 30 minutes they came up, spoke with that party and it was calm the rest of the night. So in that sense I was pleasantly surprised. I also wanna add that the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. Overall, I think for the price for staying three days and two nights combined with a hefty pet fee and fee for parking, I expected the service/cleanliness to be better.
