Great experience overall. Nice room. Good service.
It would be nice to have pens and notepads in the rooms though. Tried to play a board game and were missing parts.
We were in town for my GrandDaughters softball tournament so I booked 2 rooms. My Daughter and GrandDaughter had to park on the street as there wasnât ample parking. There was also people who approached our group asking uncomfortable questions leaving us all not feeling safe.
Breakfast was not ready at the time the hotel said it would be and we were counting on this to save a stop and fuel the girls with protein before their game. Only cereal and they wanted to charge full price.
The bed was the only good thing about our stay.
We stayed 2 nights. The hotel didnât have the Mariners as an option to watch in the room. Kinda a bummer since itâs our home baseball team. Last night we had to park on the street bc there was no parking left in the parking lot. Not the hotelâs fault, but there was a few homeless sleeping across the street from the hotel. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful and friendly.
Overall a very nice experience. Check-in was cheerful and efficient, room was clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom shower set-up a bit odd, have to step into the shower to turn it on and get a splash of cold water. A few sketchy characters in the neighborhood in the morning but that isn't really the hotel's fault and not their problem.
Worst service!! I'd never recommend this hotel. Our thermostat didn't work and I woke up freezing cold at night. I couldn't get the heater to turn on. The worst part is that even though I filed for a maintenance ticket with the front desk as I checked out, they would not give a partial refund at all through Expedia. Worst hotel!!
