We asked the staff to show us a room for cleanliness before we booked as we have had several filthy, uncleaned rooms at eco/budget-friendly hotels owned by Indian-Americans. This owner empathized with us and understood our concern and proced he provided a different establishment. I do think they cpuld have vaccummed the floor (better) and made sure the hallways didnt smell like Indian food but the lobby was rennovated, super clean and snelled great! A few minor repairs could be done to our room but the bed didnt have any bed bugs, hairs or crumbs on them, they had actually been changed and apprared/looked clean!
Staff was helpful and friendly. I was staying here for business but was also able to have family come and visit. Walking into the lobby, there is a terrific smell. I spent 4 nights and decided to get a larger room with a sofa and mini kitchen. We stay here usually 2 - 3 times a year. They also accept pets for a charge.
The only place I found to be somewhat dirty was the elevator carpet. Otherwise the hotel was great!
Overall good stay. Probably wouldn't stay again only because room was so small. We requested a queen bed, but felt like a full size. This is fine for 1 person.
This hotel needs work. Stains on the carpet in the stairwell; floor of the bathtub was grey (soap scum?); duvets need cleaning; sheets were thin. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The coffee was undrinkable.
On a positive note, the staff were very pleasant and the beds are comfortable. We would not return to this hotel.
Everything was easy and comfortable. We were traveling as a family, needed a place to stay for 1 night. Nothing fancy, just quick clean and comfy. The breakfast selection was more tha. I expected. We would stay there again.
The A/C unit clanged all night and made it hard to sleep - I got in really late and was too tired to consider changing rooms so I didnât report it until check out
