It was absolutely insane the way these people harassed me about a mistake THEY made! I felt awful, today is Tuesday so they harrassed me for nearly five damn days between five - six individuals. I kept my composure as best I could after all of the damn calls, knocks on the door, running my card multiple times and even after the rep stated that he made a mistake on his end, THEY STILL proceeded to harass the hell out of me. It was EXTREMELY uncalled for and unethical to say the least! Do you know how many damn people I had to show my back statement to so they would leave me the hell alone even after the fact! How the hell is Yazmin a MANAGER? How dare you approach me when I came to retrieve my things I accidentally left behind! I should’ve NEVER been approached about that situation again, but yet again I was approached. It was past harassment at this point, I AM LIVID! Constantly trying to put me at fault saying a transaction said $0, it has nothing to do with me, if I didn’t pay, why issue me a KEY? Makes no SENSE! I was never compelled to leave review until now! Do better! If you wanted investigate; do within your team!!! Not harrassing a customer! If I had left that previous morning, then who the hell would you blame?! Took advantage of me staying an additional night, I highly regret doing so now, I was just exhausted! I am extremely disgusted and disappointed!
