From the staff to the clean rooms, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay there again. It had access to the tube within just a few minutes. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location that is close to many shops, restaurants, and the metro station. The staff were particularly helpful with check-in process and helping me carry all of the bags. We did have an issue with the hot water going out on several days while we were there. The bathroom could stand an update, but the room was comfortable and clean. The staff and location of the hotel were the highlights.
