Well im on the road alot and stay in hotels 2-3 nights a weeks, ive been staying at alot of Quality Inn (do to company limits) this Quality Inn was by far the worst one yet. The breakfast was horrible, no selection at all except, waffles, frozen sausage biscuit, yogurt, bagel, muffins, and 3 cereals. No eggs or really hot items. The office chair was a wreck, very scarce on the towels with 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels in bathroom, water wasnt that hot. Best feature was the bed which was comfortable and the AC worked very well.
Was second time visiting this hotel! Wife and I have been very pleased with service and staff both times! Rooms been clean and comfy! The breakfast spread is reasonable!Thank you and see you soon.
Rude staff. Ac units leaking on floor. Doors were so off center they never actually shut. Lame excuse for a pool wasnât even open mid-summer. People hanging around outside smoking and listening to loud music. Mid tier at best for the free breakfast. Window fell out of the wall when trying to open. Old worn out furniture. Iâm embarrassed I paid what I did for what we got.
Property was nice and clean BUT the front desk staff ( evening shift) were very rude and wouldnât give their name (only 1 person during my stay) because I asked if they carried bottled water, she insisted I drink out the water fountain which was in the lobby, she also said it was city water and itâs filtered, I then asked if the filter was on a schedule serving, she then told me there was nothing else to talk about when I said to sheâs bring rude she just ignored me and started texting on her phone.
