This is a dirty, run down motel with long term residents living in it. We pulled up, looked at it and drove away and booked a room at Travelocity had it rated as ‘10 - Excellent’ on their site, which is why I booked it and is completely misleading. The hotel and Travelocity refused to refund me. I will not be using Travelocity again.
