Broken Down Hotel
When I checked into the hotel, the service desk put on gloves to assist me. I seemed confused, but oh well. Then he handed me my key cards in a very used, needed to be taped together card holder. Air conditioner only worked half the time and the floor by the air conditioner felt like you could fall through the floor if you stepped on it. I was on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on the first floor was duct taped together, but it didnât work anyway. When I went to check out, the lady at the front desk didnât speak much English and she didnât understand what I was saying. I simply told her at 6:30 am that I needed to checkout and she told me that checkout wasnât until 11. I had to explain to her that you could checkout at anytime, but everyone has to checkout by 11.
