Had 2 senior suites paid for but couldn't make staff understand so only received keys for one. Due to an illness one of our party was not able to attend so really didn't need the 2nd room however very disappointing that was charged for 2nd room that we never even were able to see!
We changed into bathing suits and went down to pool, only to find a sign saying it was closed. It would have been nice if that were mentioned during our check in. The manager was a little rude. The eggs and gravy for the biscuits and gravy were cold at breakfast. It's a 1 start hotel, so I guess you can't expect a lot...
It was a decent place to stay.
Large TV, mattresses were thin but did the job.
Pool was closed before 10:00. We thought it was open until 10.
Door to the room was super hard to open.
Toilet need to be updated to handicapped (higher and elongated).
Scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold.
Enough food choices for breakfast.
The breakfast biscuits had mold on them. The eggs were hardly even cooked.. the room smelled terrible. My daughter got metal stuck in her toe in the hot tub.
We liked our stay, but the 1 tv had cables and a box dangling down the wall. The metal crossbar springs on the king bed made noise like distant thunder whenever we moved, but was mostly ok overnight.
Perfect location for visiting the Ingalls Homestead. The breakfast was goodâŠkids had the waffles so they were happy. We enjoyed the poolâŠit wasnât huge but it was ideal for us. The room was a good sized family room with plenty of space.
Aging property has seen better days. The water in the bathtub/ shower didn't empty. The breakfast was poorly stocked. The desk staff was adequate, but didn't smile or seem welcoming. I was happy there was an hotel at all in this small town. If I return, I will book a different hotel.
