We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was clean with comfy beds and a good shower. The breakfast was included in the stay. There was a variety of options including waffles, fruit, cereal and traditional cooked breakfast choices. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall fantastic value.

Always friendly staff on the reception as i have been here a couple of times and each time i go to Canterbury i always stay here do not think i would stay anywhere else there also you cannot fault the breakfast or any member of staff serving it give them all a pay rise i say

A Pleasant Stay
I was greeted very pleasantly and given all the information that I needed to ensure my partner and I enjoyed our stay, including how parking would be paid for. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the space, but less so with the view of the high street which was very noisy throughout the night so we had a few issues sleeping. That can't be helped by the hotel though, and it was New Years so it was to be expected. The breakfast was great, and was available for a decent amount of time- I was particularly impressed with the coffees! My partner and I got engaged during our stay in Canterbury and made the hotel staff aware of that although all we got was a congrats- not bad though and the staff also helped take some pictures for us!
