Not concerned about guests’ safety
Our room was clearly accessed while we were out. Staff didn’t care. Then when we showed there was a beeping sound coming from the wall, she was still unconcerned. She finally gave in and moved us to a handicapped room. The following morning, while trying to get ready for my son’s wedding, there was no hot water available to shower. We switched to the Hampton and they took us immediately so we could shower and get ready. Even offered breakfast even though we didn’t stay the night before.
No one at the Holiday Inn seemed friendly or concerned about their guests comfort or satisfaction. Not welcoming upon check in or when they were issues. Desk person shared that she has the flu too. Just what I want before attending a family wedding.
