We rented a 2 bedroom suite, it was room 1029 (if they tell you that's your room, go ahead & tell them to move you). The room was filthy, it was clear they barely cleaned it, one of my towels still had black finger prints on it, the ceilings were crumbling, the baseboards & showers were moldy, there were cabinets & baseboards falling apart, rips & stains on the couches, hair & dark sticky stuff on the cups/blender/etc, the tv would only work half the time, the floors still had trash & debris (my kids feet & socks were black after only being there a short time). By the time we got in the room after 4pm check in, my kids needed bathes, to be fed, & I was just trying to unload all of our stuff. So I figured lets just get through tonight & I'll contact them in the morning. Since I waited until the next morning they wouldnt offer any sort of partial refund (lesson learned!) But they did offer to move us. Of course that room wasn't ready until the end of the day, we went to look at it to make sure it wasn't horrendous as well. The ceiling wasn't crumbling and it was cleaner but looked pretty much the same so we figured it's not worth packing up, unpacking again, & taking up any more time of the vacation so we ended up staying in our current room. We pretty much ate that cost for a terrible room. The front desk didn't even apologize or seem sorry. Even when I complained I remained polite because I know it's not the front desks fault but they honestly seemed annoyed & pissed off.
