Everything was good, then only down side is you could not lower the temperature of the room under 66 degrees and room did not feel that cool and would get warm at not when it would turn off. Other then that everything was great.
My reservation was made for a rate of $207. (Including tax). My credit card was charged for $228. Cannot get anyone to tell me why the extra $21. Holiday Inn says it is not their problem. I cannot get a live person with Expedia.
Aside from issues with the heater, it was ok. Beds were not comfortable. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 10am even though checkout wasnt until noon. Management did switch us rooms due to the heater not working in the first one. Ive stayed here twice before & it appears that it is not being cared for, like it was before. Disappointing because its always been the best hotel in town.
We really enjoyed our first night stay, but on the second night a herd of horses stayed in the room above us, woke us up in the night and early in the morning. Was not fun. the breakfasts were great and the staff very friendly.
