Upon arrival we were told that my hotels.com reservation would not be honored. They only had one name on the reservation and I had booked 2 seperate rooms.
Somehow only my reservation was still on hold but it was a different room. Luckily it was 2 double beds instead of 2 seperate only king bedrooms.
Not sure what was charged, but I would like a refund our credit on hotels.com for the aggrevation and embarrassment that I experienced.
Overall the stay was just OK.
The room was clean and well equipped. The only thing not working as expected in the room was the sink stopper was broken.
The free breakfast was mediocre.
The front desk was understaffed but when you finally got attention it was good.
The lobby microwave that I used to heat up my cold out of the pot coffee was a biohazard. It needs a good cleaning.
The next time I visit this town I will probably try a different hotel.
