This hotel was convenient to hyway, a good price, and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The room it self was clean. The barhroom had damage to a wall. The high level King bed had a stained bedspread and only 3 standard size pillows. I called for more pillows and towels, yet I had to go pick up at front desk. I had trouble climbing up on the bed, bad knee. The air conditioning was cool but made a lot of noises, especially at night. I heard every noise. No carpet, only tile floors.
Well they let us check in late that was great. They were very friendly room was great. Went to the room and we got in fine settled in and left came back. When we came back the key didnât work and had to go down stairs to get help. Next morning woke up to the key not working again and the elevator being broken
Very unfriendly staff, definitely donât make you feel welcome. Room was large and spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Came with fridge, MW and coffee. Breakfast served 6-9am. Waffles only. Apple juice and coffee all though coffee e pots were empty and full of coffe grounds. Easy freeway access and 3.9 miles to airport. Tired to charge my card after checkout for $3.50 not sure why .
Elevator was not working and there was no tv/internet service for the entire four day stay. The continental breakfast was lackluster and consisted of a waffle machine , some yogurt and frozen Jimmy Dean biscuits.
The building itself was clean and staff was friendly enough but a minimum expectation is that everything is in working order.
The outside of the hotel looked good. The lobby was ok. The room needed to be updated, things were old. The comforter and pillow shams on the bed looked very used and not clean or fresh. The pads on the sitting areas were old and had stains (would not sit on them). Would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.
