Nice place, clean, staff were friendly, but too expensive for Ft. Collins, though that may have been because of Cheyenne Frontier Days. I was not happy to be charged for parking; this isn't NYC or even Denver.
We stayed at the Hilton in Fort Collins and had a wonderful experienceâagain! This was our second time staying here, and once again, it didnât disappoint. The beds were super comfortable, the lounge was a great place to relax, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Pro tip: if youâre planning to have breakfast, itâs cheaper to purchase it through the app than in person. Out of the five different hotels we stayed at on our trip, this one was by far the best. Highly recommend!
Our only complaint is that the trash cans in the room are RIDICULOUSLY small. And the lobby is kind of a dreary color. But otherwise it's nice, clean, and comfortable. Also I kind of thought it was ridiculous that they charge $15 a day to park in their huge parking lot with lots of space. Otherwise it's nice and it's an easy walk to CSU campus.
This hotel is in need of repairs and remodeling. There must have been recent water damage in the rooms next door as fans were going constantly and the walls were pulled out. It smelled bad. The bathroom floor was sticky. I paid for breakfast up front but had to pay again at breakfast.
The stay was fair. The hotel is outdated, rooms have minor upgrades, and the common areas are average. We stayed in the presidential suite, which was large, but not worth what we paid. The executive lounge has minimal drink and food selections as well. Northern Colorado is a tough market for good hotels, but weâd still try a different Hilton brand next time weâre up there.
It was nice but being it was a more expensive hotel than I normally get, I didnât expect to be nickel and dimed on things that are free elsewhere⊠parking $15, WiFi not included, breakfast⊠extra⊠and sadly the bed was rock hard. The place was clean, the people were nice and food was good⊠but being charged for every little thing they could after I spent $100 more than I usually do was more than frustrating and didnât get a good night sleep on the rock hard bed
The Hilton property was fine but be warned that they outsource their parking to a 3rd party operator. Their rudimentary phone app to reserve/pay did not provide a phone number for help. Itâs too bad this Hilton just doesnât add parking to the room charge instead of using a predatory service. It really cheapens the experience.
We have consistently stayed here every time weâve gone to Fort Collins, except for a couple of times that it was unavailable because of graduation, or another event. It is convenient, clean, and the service is excellent.
Quick over night for a wedding. The atmosphere of the hotel was great and the room was super clean and comfortable. We would stay here again, for sure.
