This was a very last minute booking, as snow kept me from getting home and I needed to make arrangements to stay overnight somewhere, but figured this was a brand I recognized and could work with. The girl at the desk was on the phone when I arrived as well as the next morning, and seemed bothered to help me and annoyed by my questions, such as if there were anywhere I could fill my water bottle. She informed me there was no water anywhere on the facility other than that available for purchase. She would also not match the online price, so she instead watched as I went through the whole process of an online booking, rather than just helping me in person since I was already there. The room was enormous which was great, and even had a couch and felt almost suite sized, however there were cigarette burns and stains to the couch, hairs on the bed, and a flat sheet laid over the bed rather than a fitted sheet. I figured I would at least enjoy breakfast, but was unimpressed by the plain slices of bread, incorrectly labeled cereal that looked like it had been there quite some time, and half of a single bagel....and still no water. :(
