Lobby was NOT inviting, if it wasnât so late at night I would have found some other place . Door to room was open when we got upstairs. Condition of room horrible!! Room wall heat/AC grille was dirty , unit needed servicing. Two people in room, two small bath towels , two hand towels, two washcloths, ALL dingy and stained!! Pillows 3 small and thin. Booked two night stay,Checked out in the morning !!!!
Upon getting to the room, the door had to be forcefully opened, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom had some kind of leak by the toilet which soaked towels, bed not comfy, asked for more towels took 2.5 hrs to get and they brought them at 3:30am, we were sleeping at the time. Serious need of renovation
It was obvious that it is an older hotel, smoke detector hanging from wires from ceiling, you could tell things had been taken off the walls, but never patched or repainted the area.
The king size bed had been well slept on, i was all over that bed trying to get comfortable. There was no pillow left in that pillowtop.
The tv wouldn't change channels.
Didn't get up early enough for breakfast, so i can't tell you about that.
The safety lock for the door had a metal pin missing that was replaced with a screw, that picture is the onmy one i took.
The room itself was clean and it served it's purpose, i needed somewhere to sleep and shower for a couple nights.
Inexpensive hotel, close to âdowntownâ with lots of food options, and right next to the highway for convenience.
2 things really stuck out though, that should be agnostic of price:
1. Thereâs no smoking signs everywhere. My room was non-smoking. Thereâs a sign in the lobby that says all hotels in the state have been smoking-free since like 2012⊠and yet my room smelled like an ashtray. Like, really bad.
2. My towels were dirty, so much so that I drove to Walmart and bought a new towel to use during my stay.
lots of people smoking weed around property. including some of the employees. The carpet looked like it was from the 70's not clean. The windows were dirty.
