The staff were all very nice and friendly. We felt welcomed. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was good. There were lots of options to choose from. Great customer service. We stayed for the weekend. The fitness center was closed for renovations.
We had an unexpected death in the family and had to check out for 3 nights to attend services in Memphis. Comfort suites refused to authorize Hotels.com to refund payment for the three nights (5/29 - 5/31) we checked out. Manager was Angela Murray. Also pool & exercise room were CLOSED for renovation and we specifically booked there for those amenities. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!
rooms were gross. hair, liter, food crumbs every wheer in BOTH rooms i was given. run down dump that they cut corners on when remodeling. Skip this place!
Front desk was rude to my employees and even tried to recharge us for a room even though we had prepaid for multiple nights on multiple rooms. Unfortunately a couple of my employees couldnât make it until the second day and while one of them checked in with no issues the other one was given all kinds of problems and the employee even tried to recharge our card and said because he didnât arrive the night before they marked the room as dirty and if I wanted a refund I would have to contact âExpediaâ even though I didnât book through them. After the manager got involved they cleared up the problem and my employee was finally able to get some rest after a 16 hour day.
