Beautiful hotel! The lobby is stunning. Love that the T station is across the street. We took the T from Logan, it was so easy and quick. Large clean rooms. We upgraded to a high floor, city view. Totally worth it. Except for an occasional ambulance we couldn't hear anything else. Fabulous bath products. The shower pressure was soothing and spa like. There was a large soaking tub but no bath products were available to use it, even when we requested from guest services. That was odd. The sink was slow to drain, no one came to fix it when we requested and were informed someone would be right up.

The property is unique. It's really interesting. Very cool. The staff is friendly. It is located right next Mass General. I ate at Clink 3 times. Unfortunately the food was not good. I'm not a foody. The only thing that I enjoyed was the butternut squash soup. This morning I had a cold, dry waffle for $19.

The lobby/ bar area is amazing with Christmas Trees decorated and hanging upside down from 5+ story ceiling. Room was clean and beautiful, but thin walls - could hear coughing next food off and on all night (that was only negative of the hotel). Staff was very helpful.
