From beginning to end, the stay was disappointing. I booked 2 rooms for my family with a child, and hereâs what happened:
1. One room was fine, but the second had no AC. We were moved to a smaller room, not what I paid for.
2. Two lights were broken, making the room very dark.
3. Bathroom door was nearly falling offâunsafe for kids.
4. Toilet was broken. I had to fix it temporarily myself.
5. Room key stopped working after 24 hoursâhad to rekey.
6. Ice machine was out of service.
7. Shampoo and shower gel came in a tiny plastic bagâvery minimal.
8. Elevator broke on checkout dayâonly one in the hotel. We had to carry all luggage from the 3rd floor by stairs.
9. Staff response was simply: âUnfortunately.â
where do I start??
1. our room was missing a smoke detector (safety concern)
2. the water that came out of our sink was boiling hot - had to wash my face/brush my teeth in the tub (safety concern #2)
3. breakfast was not included as advertised
that was in the first room so then we got switched to another room but till not good..
4. the shower rod was coming off the wall!
5. the shower head was dirty and moldy!
Tv wouldnât work, lady checked us in gave us a card for one day we stayed 3, of course found this out day two card wouldnât work and IT had issues so we had to be let in our room the hallways were 100 degrees, we had a family of 4 I asked for towels for everyone kept getting just one, muffins and juice for breakfast is pretty low for the high ratings front desk was great with what they could do but the hotel as a whole I wouldnât return too.
Hotel did not provide garbage can or trash bag but remind you have to clean any garbage before you leave hotel.\
TV channel is poor with low quality and cannot work properly for 5 minutes. Almost you find nothing to watch on TV
escalate quality has issue.
The Front Desk Staff was professional and kind. Unfortunately, I had to change room 4 times. One room smelled like animal waste, one had a broken toilet and another room the A/C didn't work
BEDBUGS! On my second night at the property I got woke up to being bitten and when I reported the issue asking for management I was referred to an email address. I reported the problem to Expedia as well still no resolve. I am highly disappointed with the service I received.
