Room was clean but dated as noted in other reviews. Free parking and walking distance to Ball Arena were definitely a factor for me booking here. Would stay again

Room basic with micro, fridge, good shower, Great Breakfast, fabulous location and the neighborhood is really pretty safe with other hotels and apartments around it. Staff very helpful. Pets allowed.

General conditions are bad. All the comments are right about lack of maintenance.
We stayed 4 days, they never clean the rooms.
We got dirty towels.
Breakfast was so limited that I was not worthy to take it.
There was always a discussion going on between the staff members.
In general take it if it’s your only option.
We took it because it’s pretty near to the stadium, but there are better options just across the street.
