I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at your property, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
Upon check-in, the front desk staff required a cash deposit of $100 ($50 per room). After completing the payment, I proceeded to my assigned rooms, 108 and 118. I was disappointed to find that Room 108 had not been properly cleaned; the floors and sheets were dirty, and there were blood stains on the bedding. Additionally, I encountered several roaches crawling on the walls and near the television while trying to get comfortable.
I contacted the front desk, and an employee promptly arrived with roach spray. However, the fumes from the spray forced me to vacate the room for approximately half an hour. Unfortunately, I continued to see roaches in both of the room that evening.
The following morning, housekeeping knocked on our doors at 9:30 AM to clean the rooms, despite the posted checkout time of 11:00 AM. After I expressed my concerns to the front desk, I was assured that this would not happen again. However, at 9:45 AM, 10:00 AM, and 10:30 AM, the same housekeeping staff returned to inquire about our departure.
While repacking my suitcase, I was dismayed to discover more roaches inside it.
Overall, this was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever encountered, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
