The $30 voucher is a rip-off; I did not come to Boston to stay at the hotel bar or restaurant and I could have spent that money somewhere else.
The windows are dirty.
There is water damage in the washroom (on door and mirror).
The washroom sink is cracked.
The shower door doesn't close properly.
On the plus side, the personnel is friendly and helpful.
There was absolutely no internet reception in guest rooms during the entire stay. I had to use the "public" wifi for work in the lobby. For a four star hotel, that was just not acceptable.
Recently redone, hotel looks great. One block from the seaport, three blocks from the Convention Center. Great breakfast options and a Starbucks on property.
We had to switch rooms twice. Our first two rooms had toilets that did not function. We would have expected some accommodation for the complete inconvenience, but none was offered.
Beautiful area, Iâd recommend Seaport to anyone. A beautiful area with the water and shops and a pedestrian bridge in the area (short one-two mile walk) to Faneuil Hall and Boston Park/Cheers. Hotel bed comfortable but the pool was small for kidsâŠ.hot tub not working. But overall, nice place!
