The check-in process took 30 minutes because the front desk clerk did not know which rooms were clean or the number system for the hotel. I was given two rooms - one on the wrong side of the hotel facing the interstate and the other wasn't cleaned. Third room was the charm. Overall the positioning of the TV is poorly designed nor can you adjust it. The curtains do not properly block the light. The breakfast was below average at best. Overall I will not stay at another Staybride property in the future.
I have to say that this is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in a very long time I've stayed at the embassy I have stayed at Hyatt but as far as a one bedroom king suite for the three of us that had everything we needed for our business trip and I appreciate that it was American owned
