We had a great stay at Casa Andina Premium. We came tired from the airport after a long international trip and the check in was smooth. Room was clean, great breakfast buffet, excellent service overall.
I had originally requested a shower chair, although they didn’t have it ready by the time of our check in, they were able to find us a chair.
Receptionist, and all staff were very attentive and approachable. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Muchas gracias!

When we checked in the person at the desk asked us to pay even though we had already paid through hotels.com. We showed a receipt and they still wanted to take a guarantee from a card. The next day it was fine and the payment was cancelled but unbelivable bug in hotel rated like this. Also how we were trested was not good customer service as we showed that the reservation was paid in full.
