Our room had a weird smell … carpets, couch and chair needs deep cleaning. Micro was not working when we arrived, but was fixed the next day. The hallway carpet was very dirty, with stains which looked they were caused by pet accidents . Went to do some laundry, several machines were out of order. Very frustrating! There was only one top sheet and thin bed cover on bed … no blankets - may want to put blankets in room for cold nights. Only positive thing to say is the man who checked us in on the first night was so nice - wish I had his name so that he could be commended for a job well done.

Our bathroom sprinkler kept leaking all over the floor. Our key kept deactivating. We saw roaches in the bathroom. There was always people hanging around outside.

Check in was in a whole other building. The hallway to my room was musty. My room was clean but smelled funny. My eyes were itching continuously so something in the room I was allergic to. The Desk staff was the best part about the experience. Need a heavy renovation!
