Bed was too hard. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom handicapped equipped shower water ran out onto floor. Had to use towels instead of bath mat. Also mold around the shower Crome on nozzle.
Very uptight and haughty staff, no breakfast options at all, employees unwilling to help, employees acted as though we were bothering them when asked anything
The carpet throughout the entire room was DISGUSTING and sticky. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. Every single chair in the room was stained and sticky. We reserved the king bedroom suite which consisted of a living room and kitchen area and a bedroom with a door. The ONLY source of air conditioning/heating was in the living room area. For the bedroom, they have cut a hole in the wall, placed approximately 1 foot by 1 foot fan in the wall between the living room and bedroom. It was 80 degrees when we arrived so I had to go out and purchase a fan just so we could get a bit of air flow. As I was checking out the next morning, the attendant asked about our stay. When I explained why I stated it was horrible, she said she would let the manager know and offered to give me IHG points for the inconvenience.
No hot water, very old dirty carpet, rusted picture frames broken luggage carrier WiFi didnât work refrigerator was hot. Just an overall BAD experience.
Would not stay there again. 4:00pm shower was Luke warm at best. Tv is very poor quality. Bed was sqeeky. Air conditioner was old and broken parts but worked well.
