We had 3 days in Amboise checking out the town and chateaus. Lots of restaurants and they’re open! unlike some other places in France.

Comfort double was large enough for two people to spend several nights. Location is great, staff is very attentive and helpful. Parking wasn't an issue as there are few free lots within 5 minute walk.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Amboise. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Amboise. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Great location and good service.
Bed frame was dirty. Biggest problem is noise isolation : you can ear each time a "neighbor" showers or use the toilet.
On the other hand, breakfast was varied and good. They provided gluten free bread on demand.

This is a budget hotel. The rooms are basic with no AC & no closets. They give no hand towels. There is no AC. The staff was rude, especially one of the ladies working the front desk. You'll get the bare minimum here. You get what you pay for. I'd stay elsewhere.

Room at top of the building- small - reasonably comfortable but lots of noise from adjacent rooms.
Don’t expect to sleep past 8am - the slamming of doors literally shakes the walls!
Staff a little indifferent- not particularly welcoming.
Beware the parking issue - we ended up in the wrong hotel car park and got a real telling off by the owner of that hotel ! All in all - we won’t be back
