Location is very good, a 15 minute walk to Stazione Tiburtina. There are many restaurants and cafes around.
The place is clean and tidy. My room was big and there was plenty of storage (a wardrobe and a chest of drawers).
Breakfast is served in your room. You're given a list of items to choose from and you can pick four items as well as the time you want breakfast. I loved this, as it allowed me to get ready and eat without having to rush. I also want to point out that there is plenty of breakfast choices and the quality is great.
I particularly liked the small in-room fridge with snacks & water. You pay for what you consume (the prices aren't crazy).
The bathroom is located outside the room, but it's private. You're given your own key so no one else can use it.
The only negative thing I found was that the b&b is on a main road which is really busy, so you can hear the traffic throughout the night.
Other than this, I had a very enjoyable stay and the owner is extremely helpful and kind.
