The resort looks good at first but it needs a serious renovation. This resort has not been unkept and is definitely not a 5 star place to stay, maybe 20 years ago but not now. The food was bad. I mean we stay at many places but this was like I want to get out of here.
The hotel handled the mismatch of our bookings with Expedia and their own confirmation details horribly. Effectively blaming the guests and putting the onus to fix the problem on the guests of their own property. There were so many things they could have done to resolve the issue smoothly and retain us as their customers but they failed miserably to the point where they actually gave misleading information about the room availabilities.
Expedia managed to clear up the incidence for us after just one call. Thank you.
Unfortunately for this hotel, weâll never be back.
