The location was very good and very close to all amenities.Staff were friendly and helpful.
However the shower was a terrible design and water went everywhere.
For the price, I expected a change of towels and basic housekeeping and not be expected to get rid of rubbish ourselves. Less expensive accommodation places provide there basic services.

The room wasn’t clean enough. The kitchen and bathrooms in particular had built up grime. There were also marks and stains on doors and surfaces. Kids socks were black from walking on the floors. No cleaning materials provided. Beds were clean. The staff were friendly enough, but there were too many rules and regulations for the kids to be kids. It felt a bit like prison with the strict entry/exit system. The rubbish rules were very strict, as was the parking. I wouldn’t stay again.
