I reserved two rooms with two queen beds in each. The rooms they gave us at check-in each had one king sized bed. When I explained to the desk clerk that I needed at least one room with the two beds, she said they didn’t have any available, and that reserving a particular room didn’t mean that’s the room I’d get. I asked to speak with a manager, but told none were available. After several minutes of back and forth and being told a room with two queens wasn’t available, I was finally given one. For some reason, initially the clerk was unwilling to switch our room. To say that the room you reserve might not be the room you get is absurd.
