I booked this hotel because it showed online that check-in was at 2 PM. However, upon arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation. To make things worse, the receptionist didn’t understand English. After a long and exhausting conversation, she finally located my booking.
But the issues didn’t stop there — I was told no rooms were available, and I had to wait in a long queue. Eventually, I left my luggage in the lobby and went for Umrah.
When I returned, I was given a 2-bed room despite booking a 3-bed. The room was extremely run-down — dirty beds, no towels, filthy carpet, and a leaking bathroom.
Not recommended at all.
