We would have appreciated being told that the air conditioning either doesn’t work, or in any case doesn’t cool the room, this being July in Tennessee. It was no less than 80 degrees at 1am and didn’t cool off until probably 4am. Brutal sleeping conditions. My wife and I barely slept because of it. It’s a great location and cool building. Hard to rate service when there none to speak of. I have no issue with that aspect. You’re given a code to access the main door and the room door. But we only saw fellow guests, never a worker. Nice other than the brutal, humid temps inside the room and at night. I would guess the AC is broken, nice it made noises all night. I would also guess the owner knows this, because it was on full blast when we got there, indicating they tried to cool it because they knew the issue. The rental agreement you have to sign absolves them of trouble with such things. Sucks. Nice place, but we spent a good chunk of change, and if I knew then what I do now you couldn’t have paid me to stay there.
