This Hampton Inn experience was somewhat below par in comparison to other Hampton properties Iâve stayed in. The breakfast was no better than other lesser brands, elevators were ragged, seriously, and room we were given had soggy wet carpet emanating a locker room smell. On a good note, desk personnel quickly gave us another room, tho it meant one of us had to sleep on a sleeper sofa.
Two nights in Laurel in wonderful King Suite. Roomy, comfortable, clean. Staff were responsive to needs. Nice choice of breakfast foods. Just be aware that there is only one taxi in town if you need a ride. Get that number from front desk.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The front desk lady even offered a roll away bed for my son.
The breakfast had lots of choices and the lady working it was so sweet. We will definitely stay there again.

I found Cell service horrible and have never had trouble with my Cell carrier before at Hampton locations Iâve stayed at. Also even thou told mattress was new it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok and Breakfast lady very nice
Horrible ⊠the manager is completely inappropriate⊠she makes a hostile environment for guest and staff! The manager is unable to listen to guest and make responsible and reasonable decision based on situationâŠ. Such as call the police ⊠due to the fact she was un able to discuss the pet policy with out screaming and disrespecting us⊠(so obscene video was taken) she resorted in calling the police ⊠when the police arrived they were confused as why they were called ⊠she dismissed them ⊠I asked them to stay⊠she then started to disrespect and yell at the police⊠we decided it was a safety risk and we needed to leave due to ill will and determination to retaliate! Horrible experience! Also they would not help us get our money back⊠and shamed us for using Expedia stating the did not like the company and had no control of refunding our money⊠This is not a true Hilton that shared the values of Hilton! The assistant manager Sharon apologized for the manager ill will and said thatâs how she is and has difficulty sometimes talking in genuine appropriate manner! We want a refund of our stay⊠we were fearful for our safety and was not given the opportunity to check in due to the managers actions! The police also felt it was in our best interest to leave since she was still yelling!
