Jeremy and Erin were so helpful with the check in and so extremely nice made me feel like I was at home I really want to thank yâall for everything !! It was amazing!!
First impression is a musty odor that is very noticeable in the elevator and in the room. This by itself is not a deal breaker, but we had to kill several bugs in our room during our 1 night stay. Have never had to do that at a Hampton Inn, anywhere else. The beds seemed fine (wouldn't have stayed if they weren't) but cleanliness in the room was obviously lacking, especially the bathroom. The lobby and main areas were cleaner than the room, including the lobby restroom.
We were appreciative though, when a young front desk staff member went out of his way during check in to to help us find a roll away bed. We won't be staying here again because of the creepy crawlers but that young man unknowingly saved the brand.
Hair in our bedding the main bathroom downstairs was getting neglected by cleaning staff.
The staircase was neglected with bugs on the floors. Unfinished construction in stairs & paint droppings in carpet.
In their defense they have been slammed by Hurricane.
